2. Guest on a licensed pleasure boat
3. VA freshwater licensee (if fishing in
the tidal Potomac River)

WHO DOESN’T REGISTER
1. Under the age of 16
2. Have a MD/VA/PRFC individual/ tidal/saltwater sport fishing
license
3. The person listed on a MD/VA/PRFC
pleasure boat license (guest must register)
4. If fishing on a licensed charter/head/guide boat
